Welcome
I am currently in the fifth year of the Management PhD program at Michigan State University, and plan to graduate in Spring 2024. My research largely focuses on gender and specifically examines the role of ovarian hormones on workplace outcomes in women.
Before Michigan State, I earned an M.A. in Communication from University of Arizona, where I published original research regarding children and media. I then taught undergrad classes in the Department of Communication, School of Information, and College of Business for six years.
I am dedicated to developing interesting research about women, passionate about teaching undergraduate students, and happy to serve the organizations of the academy.
Outside of work, I trail run, rock and ice climb, and enjoy trying Crossfit gyms all over the world.
